What if my product arrives damaged? Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If any damage is observed, including damage to the box, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. In case you're unable to inspect the package during delivery but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
