Refunds and Return Policy

  2. Shipping Cost: If your item is damaged or faulty, we'll cover the return shipping costs. However, if you're returning the item due to a change of mind, you'll be responsible for the return shipping fees.

  3. Defective or Broken Products: If your item is defective or broken, please notify us within 30 days. We'll facilitate the return process at no extra charge. Once we receive the item and confirm the issue, we'll either provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs.

  4. Change of Mind Returns: Should you decide to return an item for reasons unrelated to defects, you have 30 days to do so. However, you'll need to cover the return shipping expenses. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Upon receipt, we'll refund the item's cost, minus the shipping fees.

  5. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll promptly email you. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
